We will also share updates on upcoming events and give you an inside look at how we work as a club, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and how to get involved.

Our events are thoughtfully curated to provide a premium experience for every guest. Charging a fee allows us to:

  1. Cover Event Costs – Venue rental, catering, décor, security and service providers require resources to create the atmosphere and services you enjoy.

  2. Ensure Quality & Exclusivity – By charging a fee, we’re able to maintain a high standard of experiences and limit attendance to committed participants, which helps preserve the intimate and supportive nature of our community.

  3. Support Entrepreneurs – All of our events partner with businesses owned by club members.

  4. Provide Added Value – The fee ensures you receive more than just entry—it’s a full, memorable experience.

  5. Sustain the Club – Event fees allow us to continue hosting gatherings, building connections, and growing a strong network that benefits all members.

Zoom Session Terms & Conditions

This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs all bookings for Zoom sessions (“Session”) provided by NO DADDYS MONEY CLUB (“Provider”) to the individual booking the Session (“Client”). By scheduling and paying for a Session, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

1.1. Full payment is due at the time of booking.
1.2. A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and acknowledged by Provider.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

2.1. All sales are final.
2.2. Client understands and agrees that there shall be no refunds, credits, or transfers under any circumstances, including but not limited to Client’s cancellation, request to reschedule, or failure to attend.

3. Attendance & Punctuality

3.1. Client is responsible for attending the Session on time.
3.2. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of Client’s arrival.
3.3. Failure to attend a Session shall be deemed a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the Session fee.

4. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property

4.1. Client agrees that all materials, strategies, advice, or discussions shared during the Session are confidential and for Client’s personal use only.
4.2. Client shall not record, reproduce, share, or distribute any portion of the Session without Provider’s prior written consent.
4.3. All intellectual property provided by Provider remains the exclusive property of Provider.

5. Professional Conduct

5.1. Client shall conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner.
5.2. Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate any Session for inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful conduct by Client, with no refund or credit due.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. Sessions are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
6.2. Provider makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding any results or outcomes from the Session.
6.3. Client expressly agrees that Provider shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or relating to the Session, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.

7. Governing Law

7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

8. Acknowledgment & Acceptance

By booking and submitting payment, Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by the terms of this Agreement in their entirety.
