Event Participation Terms & Conditions
Eddie V's Prime Seafood
By purchasing a ticket to attend the event hosted at Eddie V's Prime Seafood, you (the "Attendee") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully:
1. Meal and Drink Costs:
All attendees are responsible for covering the cost of their own meals and drinks, including any additional items. The Organizer and Eddie V's Prime Seafood are not liable for any charges incurred during the event.
2. Ticket Purchase and Attendance Confirmation:
Ticket Purchase: Your ticket purchase confirms your participation in the event. By purchasing a ticket, you are committing to attend.
No-Show Policy: If you are unable to attend, you must notify the Organizer at least 72 hours prior to the event. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a no-show.
No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once your ticket is purchased, there will be no refunds issued, regardless of the reason for non-attendance or cancellation.
3. No-Show Consequences:
If you purchase a ticket but do not attend the event without providing notice at least 72 hours in advance, you acknowledge and accept that this may affect your eligibility to participate in future events hosted by the Organizer.
4. Liability Waiver:
By purchasing a ticket to attend this event, you agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, Eddie V's Prime Seafood, and any affiliated parties from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise out of your participation. This includes personal injury, property damage, or any other incidents that may occur during the event.
5. Conduct and Behavior:
You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. The Organizer and/or Eddie V’s Prime Seafood reserve the right to remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the event or violates the venue’s policies.
6. Privacy of Conversations:
The Organizer and Eddie V's Prime Seafood respect the privacy of all attendees. Any personal conversations or interactions during the event are considered private, and it is prohibited to record or share any discussions without prior consent from those involved. Attendees who violate this privacy policy may be asked to leave the event.
7. Dress Code:
Attendees are required to adhere to a smart casual or business casual dress code for the event. This includes:
Men: Collared shirts, dress pants or smart jeans, and appropriate footwear (e.g., loafers, dress shoes).
Women: Dresses, skirts, or smart pants with tops, and appropriate footwear (e.g., flats, heels).
Prohibited Attire: Casual wear such as shorts, flip-flops, ripped jeans, or overly casual clothing is not permitted.
The Organizer and Eddie V’s Prime Seafood reserve the right to deny entry to any individual who does not adhere to the dress code.
8. Photography and Media:
Photographs or videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to be included in any media coverage, please notify the Organizer before the event.
9. Health & Safety:
Attendees agree to comply with any health and safety protocols in place at the time of the event. This may include wearing masks, social distancing, or other measures as determined by the venue or local regulations.
Acknowledgment of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Your purchase confirms your acceptance of these conditions, and you agree to abide by all event policies and requirements.
