Joedi’s Birthday at Topgolf

By purchasing a ticket to Joedi’s Birthday Celebration at Topgolf, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Non-Refundable Policy
All ticket sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend. Even if you choose to not participate, a ticket is needed.
Included in Ticket Price
The event host has arranged and prepaid for tickets and food as described in document. Any additional purchases (drinks, games, extras, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Assumption of Risk
Topgolf activities involve swinging clubs, golf balls, and physical activity that carry inherent risks of injury. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to accidents, slips, falls, contact with equipment, or interactions with other participants.
Release of Liability
The host(s) of Joedi’s Birthday Celebration are not responsible or liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or expenses that may occur before, during, or after the event. All claims are expressly waived.
Rules & Conduct
All participants must comply with Topgolf rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
