VISITOR’S NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
(Effective upon ticket purchase. if you order 1 or more tickets, you are responsible for your party)
This Visitor Nondisclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date of purchased ticket,
RSVP, or attendance at any event organized by NO DADDYS MONEY CLUB (“the Company/Club”). By
entering the premises or attending any related event, the Visitor agrees to the terms set forth below.
1. ACCESS TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Visitor understands that, by attending an event or entering the Club’s premises, he/she may be given
access to confidential or proprietary information relating to the Company, its members, partners, or
affiliates. This may include private business discussions, investment strategies, member information,
event operations, or other sensitive material.
2. NATURE OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
The Visitor acknowledges that the Club’s confidential information includes, but is not limited to:
• Information about the Club’s members, sponsors, and business partners.
• Details of Club events, including guest lists, ticketing, programming, pricing, and vendor
agreements.
• Marketing strategies, growth plans, or other unpublished business information.
• Any information disclosed by another party during events or meetings that is treated as
confidential.
3. VISITOR’S OBLIGATIONS
The Visitor agrees to the following conditions in exchange for entry to the premises or events:
• Confidentiality: The Visitor shall not disclose, reproduce, or distribute any confidential
information obtained during attendance.
• No Recording: Photography, videography, or audio recording of Club events, discussions, or
private areas is prohibited without written permission from the Company.
• Respect of Property: The Visitor shall not remove, copy, or tamper with any document,
equipment, or materials belonging to the Club or its members.
• Professional Conduct: The Visitor agrees to behave in a manner consistent with the Club’s
standards of professionalism, respect, and discretion.
• Non-Solicitation: Visitors shall not use access to Club events to solicit members or partners for
personal or business gain unless expressly approved by the Company.
4. LIABILITY & SAFETY
• The Visitor attends all events at his/her own risk and agrees to follow all safety rules, venue
guidelines, and staff instructions.
• The Club is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal self or personal property while on
premises or during events.
5. BINDING AGREEMENT
This Agreement is binding upon the Visitor, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and
shall inure to the benefit of the Company, its successors, and assigns.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Club and the Visitor with respect to the
subject matter herein. It supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, whether oral or written.
7. LEGAL WAIVER & NDA
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or entering the premises, the Visitor expressly agrees to waive,
release, and discharge the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any
and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or relating to attendance at
any event or visit to the premises, except where prohibited by law.
The Visitor further acknowledges and agrees that:
• He/she shall not disclose, publish, or exploit any confidential information obtained through
attendance or participation.
• Any breach of confidentiality or violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from
the premises and may subject the Visitor to legal remedies, including but not limited to damages,
injunctions, and recovery of attorney’s fees.
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in
which the Company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
